Berkeley Digital has decided to offer a fully-dedicated Environmental Documentary track in the Fall of 2011, focusing on the following three areas of specialization:
Ocean Preservation
Species Preservation and
Wilderness Preservation.
This documentary track is driven by attendance in the Producing and Directing curriculum, as well as by pairing the student up with documentary filmmaker-mentors from Northern California.
Berkeley Digital is located within The Saul Zaentz Media Center, which houses one of the most famous documentary film communities in the world, with 11 Academy nominees and 5 winners in the building at the current time.
